These terms cover the MakeUmrah website and MakeUmrah packages.

About MakeUmrah

MakeUmrah is a service of RAZR Business Solutions Private Limited, and MakeUmrah is the licensed operator of its packages. Package details on this website are provided for information; a booking is confirmed only when the MakeUmrah team confirms it to you.

Prices and availability

Prices are per person in Indian Rupees. Prices, inclusions, seats and booking deadlines may change until your booking is confirmed. Seats are limited.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting visa, vaccination and health requirements, and for following the rules of the Saudi authorities and airlines. Visa decisions are made by the authorities, and MakeUmrah is not responsible for visas that are refused.

Payments and refunds

Payments for MakeUmrah packages are non-refundable, including if you cancel, except where the law requires a refund. If a payment is taken in error, contact us and we will resolve it.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a seat or create a booking. By sending one you agree that the MakeUmrah team may contact you about it.
